Promotion System

Winterfell 1775 is a working democracy with two main bodies. There is the executive body of one Leader his/her roles are administrative, monitoring and updating all social median, and maintaining records. One of the main roles of the Leader is starting war with CO-leader backing.

The second body is the house, comprised of four CO-leaders merit based through leadership skills, wars, donations, participation, and majority vote of elders. Duties and responsibilities of CO-leaders are welcoming new members, inviting members you meet, voting often, and going to unscheduled wars. CO-Leaders main responsibility is to vote on demotions and kicking clan members OUT. CO-leaders are voted for by Elders and CO-leaders every few months. Once a CO, not always a CO. Want to stay CO, you have to stay active.

Elders

Elders are voted on by ALL members of Winterfell every few months, or as seen fit by CO-leaders. Want to be an Elder? Be active and be patient. Additional responsibility during War are team base inspections, ensure all bases are WAR bases. While the clan is NOT at war secondary duties are donations, keep active and help the clan grow. You are required to have 100% elder votes to demote a CO-Leader. Elders may also kick members with a majority of Elder votes supporting.

Members

Your main responsibility is to be active and use both attacks in war. Don’t rush your town hall, donations fairly even, but most importantly act in a professional and MATURE manner. During WAR you will have to RECON bases when no other targets are available.

ELDER (Second Class) Majority Elders’ votes after War need for regular promotion to Elder First Class
ELDER (Third Class) Majority Elders’ votes after War need for regular promotion to Elder Second Class - 180+ days
MEMBER (First Class) six months’ time in service to Elder Third Class - 90+ days
MEMBER (Second Class) three months’ time in service to Member First Class - 30+ days
MEMBER (Third Class) one month time in service to Member Second Class
